He has extensive experience defining, developing, managing, launching, marketing, and selling a broad range of innovative, customer-centric solutions and services for Enterprise, SMB, Consumer, and Service Provider customers globally. His solution expertise includes networking, communications, collaboration, security, virtualization, IoT, SaaS, and Cloud. Troy holds both an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
